Grin is a natural beauty brand that celebrates the authentic beauty that lies in imperfection by switching the traditional beauty idea of makeup being covering up flaws and the prevalent use of auto beautification filters, to accept the concept of being imperfection, and seeing beauty in realness.

Brand Identity
The visual utilizes frosted glass texture to symbolize the concept of auto-beautification and the brand’s commitment to removing beauty filters and returning to natural beauty.
The lower part of logo G resembles the shape of a smiling face, encouraging users to embrace natural beauty as smiling is the most beautiful expression.
During user testing, one of the key findings is that users expect to see the color and texture of the product through the packaging for natural skincare brands, which contributes to the final outcome that one side of the gradient on the packaging is designed to be transparent.
The back of the shopping bag is designed with a QR code to connect shoppers to the brand’s skin analysis services.
The Retail Space
The retail space is a great example of a combination between wellness and beauty. The product display areas are equipped with several skin analysis machines for users to try out and know their skin type and conditions.
Skin Consulting Space
The area at the back of the retail store is designed to have several small rooms for skin consulting space. The brand collaborates with a nearby dermatologist to offer skin diagnosis services in the retail space.
